I'm very sorry for the long wait on this! The main question-answering mods have been away.
As far as the Iskaulit goes, several passengers and a group of Nunnilis performed purification rituals and whatnot to make sure that the souls of the previous crew were laid to rest. So, if there are any souls hanging around, they are not of the trapped/negative type. A few Nunnilis spirits might be lingering in a protective or watchful capacity, but they are very at peace. So, I don't know if that counts as "haunting" or not.
As for the other ships in the fleet... if there are any ghosts or spirits haunting there, it's as though they are being walled off from interacting with the current passengers. If you want to play with that at all, that's up to you, but there could just as easily be nothing really to detect.
